Is using a logo copyright?
Reported by sara laurence | April 20th, 2022 @ 06:59 AM
Yes. A logo of professional custom logo design services that includes creative or design components (rather than just the name) is legally considered a work of artistic creativity and is thus protected under copyright law. As a creative creation, the logo is protected by copyright.

Off course, it will cause more problems for you if you continue using a logo that is not yours. I used to make logos for sheetrock contractors and they are paying for it. Just ask someone to create logos for your company.
