fail in options.xul

Ther's a followed structure-fail in options.xul:
I'm have a problem voor presenting a first token of the lines and have replaced by ")" and "_" is a space
)dialog buttons="accept, cancel" ______id="hostipfox-options-dialog"
I'm thinking it must so:
)dialog id="hostipfox-options-dialog" ______buttons="accept, cancel"
but it's not working!
This fail can reproduced by pressing on "options"-button in extension-manager and present the following error in my dutch firefox:
XML-parsefout: ongedefinieerde entiteit
Location: chrome://hostipfox/content/options/options.xul
Regelnummer 5, kolom 1:
)dialog buttons="accept, cancel" ^
The last line and "^" there under are in red colour
So also after the change and give the first of changed lines in place of above.
I'm knowing not what failed this!
